Ingredients:
600 gr of mince meat
1 ½ pack of lasagne
1 onion finely chopped
1 carrot finely chopped
3-4 celery finely chopped
1 garlic clove finely chopped ½ cup of oil
Salt, pepper
½ glass of red wine
250 gr of tomato sauce
Béchamel sauce
Ingredients for béchamel sauce:
4 glasses of milk (appr. 1 ltr)
5 tablespoons corn flour
1 tablespoon of butter
Preparation:
Cook the mince meat in the oil. Add the onion, the garlic, the celery, salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes. Then add the wine, the sauce and 1 ½ glass of water. Cook for 4 minutes. Take a medium sized dish and add butter, bread crumbs and some sauce.
Béchamel preparation:
Pour the milk and the corn flour in a saucepan on a medium heat and stir continuously until it starts to thicken. Just before it’s too thick take off from heat and add some salt. In the dish lay the first layer of lasagne, a layer of mince meat, some béchamel sauce and a bit of cheese. Do the same until there is no mince meat left. On top sprinkle bread crumbs and pieces of butter and a bit of cheese. Bake for 40 minutes at 180ο C until the top is golden brown.
