Ingredients:
1 pack of hilopites (casserole pasta)
1 boneless chicken (no skin)
4 large tomatoes
2 large peppers
1 dry onion
Salt, pepper, olive oil
Preparation:
Peel and chop the tomatoes, cut the peppers into pieces and cut the chicken in big pieces. Cook the chicken in some olive oil in a pot. Then add the tomatoes, the peppers and season with salt and pepper. Let them boil for 5 minutes and add 4 cups of water. When the water comes to a boil add the hilopites and simmer until the pasta is cooked. When serving sprinkle any cheese you like.
