Ingredients:
1 kilo of octopus
1 kilo of onions
1 cup of cooking oil
Tomato sauce
Some wine
Preparation:
Boil the octopus in a pot for a while. Take off the heat, wash and cut into pieces and place in a new clean pot with cooking oil. Add the chopped onions, the wine and at the end the tomato sauce. Cook for ¾ until well done. Serve separate or with rice.
