Ingredients:
1 ½ kilo large fish
3 kilos of onions
A little garlic
A bit of celery
1 cup of cooking oil
1 tin of tomato pulp (skinless) (450 gr.)
Salt, pepper
1 lemon juice
Preparation:
Clean the fish and place on a baking pan. Clean the onions and cut in slices. Add some cooking oil in a pot and cook the onions and the garlic. Pour the tomato pulp, salt and pepper and as much water necessary for the onions to cook. When the water boils add the celery. Leave them to cook. Then pour on the fish and add the lemon juice and place in the oven.
