Ingredients for 2 olive breads:
1 kilo of flour (wheat)
½ kilo flour (white)
20 gr Dry yeast (for oven cooking)
Lukewarm water
Salt, Mint
1 small onion
1 cup of olives (pitted)
Preparation:
Sift the flour in a bowl and add the white flour. Stir well and make a hole in the centre. Add lukewarm water and begin to make dough. Add the salt and mould. When it’s ready separate into two balls. Open each one and stuff the olives (chopped), the onion and mint inside. Then make two round bread rolls and before cooking place a slightly oiled baking sheet. Cook for 1 hour at 180 C.
