Ingredients:
1 kilo of courgettes
5 eggs
1 teaspoon of salt
½ cup of oil
Salt, cinnamon
Preparation:
Cut the courgettes into cubes and salt. Squeeze in your hands and when their water is out cook them in hot oil. When their color turns to blond add the eggs. Stir continuously so they don’t stick and take off when they’re cooked.
