Ingredients:
1 kilo of apricots
1 kilo of sugar
A bit of lemon juice
Preparation:
Wash and chop the fruit into pieces and remove pips. In a saucepan place the fruit with the sugar and leave for 5-6 hours. Continue by boiling the marmalade by stirring continuously. At the end add some lemon juice. When the marmalade is thick then it is ready. If you wish you can use the mixer to make it smoother.
