Ingredients:
2 packets of ripe strawberries
2 cups of sugar
½ a package of liquid fruit pectin
Preparation:
Wash the strawberries, remove stems and slice in two pieces. Place in a saucepan, add sugar and simmer. Frequently stir and skim off foam. As it begins to thicken add the pectin and keep stirring. When our marmalade is ready the strawberries have melted and the syrup is thickened. Remove from the heat and when cooled down, ladle in jars.
