Ingredients:
1 pack of lasagne
¼ Gouda cheese (grated)
¼ Edam cheese (grated)
¼ Kaseri cheese (grated)
Bacon
1 large fresh cream
Preparation:
Boil the lasagna. In a bowl mix all the cheeses together and cut the bacon in cubes and add it in the bowl. Once the lasagna has boiled, use a strainer to make sure they are dry. Put some olive in a saucepan and put the bacon with the cheeses and the pasta inside. After mixing, place in pyrex dish forming a nice smooth layer. Then pour the fresh cream all over. Cook in the oven for 5 minutes. Once it’s cooked cut in pieces and serve.
