Ingredients:
2 packets of tortellini pasta
1 tin of mushrooms
Bacon
¼ Regato cheese (grated)
¼ Parmezan cheese (grated)
1 large fresh cream
Preparation:
Boil the tortellini. Cut the bacon into cubes. Put some vegetable butter on a pan and cook the bacon and the mushrooms. When the tortellinis have boiled, use a strainer and then place them in baking dish. Spread the mushrooms and the bacon on top, season with salt and pepper and pour the fresh cream. Cook at 180ο C for 60 minutes. When they’re ready cut in pieces and serve.
