Stuffed Kalamaria (Squid)

Stuffed Kalamaria (Squid)Ingredients:
1 kilo of squid
½ kilo of rice
1 bunch of parsley
1 onion
Salt, pepper
Preparation:
Wash the squid and remove its tentacles. On a pan add the tentacles (chopped) and the onions and when dry add some olive oil and then the rice, salt, pepper and parsley. Leave them on heat for a while, also adding a glass of water. With this mixture stuff the squid. Close the squid with a toothpick and place them in a pot, adding 2 glasses of water, a bit of olive oil and some lemon juice. In ¾ of an hour they will be ready.
