Pumpkin Dessert

Pumpkin Dessert Ingredients:
600 gr. Of pumpkin
2 cups of grounded walnuts
1 cup of bread crumbs (frygania)
1 cup of sugar
2 teaspoons of honey
2 teaspoons of sesame seeds
1 orange juice, 1 orange zest, ½ teaspoon of cinamon, Some olive oil, 500 gr. of phyllo dough sheets (thawed), ½ cup of grounded walnuts, 2 teaspoons of sesame, A pinch of cinamon, 2 teaspoons of sugar
For the syrup:
1 ½ cup of sugar, 1 teaspoon of honey, 1 cup of water
Boil the grated pumpkin in a glass of water for 15-20 approximately. As soon as the water evaporates and it begins to dry add the olive oil, the honey and continue stirring for 10 minutes, take off from heat and let it cool. Add all the ingredients in order. Open the fyllo sheets and place 2 on the pan and spread the pumpkin mix and in turns continue doing so. On the fyllo sheets sprinkle the ingredients above, sesame, cinnamon and sugar. At the end place again 2 fyllo sheets and cut softly through the layer and bake in a medium heated oven for 30-40 minutes. Once it is cold pour the syrup on top.
