Easter Cookies

Easter CookiesIngredients:
6 eggs
1 glass of vegetable butter
2 cups of sugar
½ cup of milk
1 kilo of flour
2 vanillas
1 pack of baking ammonia
Preparation:
Beat the eggs and the sugar until very soft. Work on the mixture and pour the milk (lukewarm) which we have diluted with baking ammonia. Heat the butter and add the vanillas, the flour and at the end the rest of the butter. Make sure all ingredients are mixed together in a nice soft smooth dough. Shape the biscuits as you wish and place them on a buttered pan apart from one another as they spread out. Brush some egg yolk on them and bake in a medium heated oven for 20 minutes.
