“Patsavoura” Dessert

“Patsavoura” DessertIngredients:
½ kilo of fyllo dough sheets
1 yoghurt
1 cup of sugar

1 cup of sunflower oil
2-3 vanillas
1 pack of baking powder
Orange or lemon zest
A little bit of butter
For the syrup:
3 cups of sugar
2 cups of water
Cinnamon stick
Preparation:
Place all the ingredients in a big bowl and use a mixer or your hands to blend everything together. Butter the baking pan and place one sheet of fyllo dough, spread 2 or 3 spoonfuls of the above mixture and roll the ends a bit. Do the same with all the fyllo sheets. Another way is dipping them in the mix and then rolling up. Spread some sunflower oil and bake for 30-40 minutes in the oven at 180ο C. Boil the syrup for 8 minutes and take off from the heat.
