Ingredients:
2 glasses of corn flour
4 glasses of water
1 kilo of sugar (approximately)
2-3 bitter orange leaves
1 cup of ground walnuts
Preparation:
Pour the corn flour and the water in bowl and stir. Place the mixture in a pan, add the sugar and the leaves and cook in high heat. Keep stirring with a wooden spoon. A few minutes later turn the heat down. Once it sets serve it on a plate, sprinkle cinnamon and the walnuts on top.
