Pineapple Yoghurt Dessert
½ kilo of yoghurt (strained)
Preparation:
In a bowl mix the fruit jello powder with a glass of hot water. Stir slowly (you don’t want it frothy). Add a glass of cold pineapple juice from the tinned pineapple, stir and let it cool down but not to thicken. Add the fresh cream and the yoghurt and stir. If you like cut a few pieces of pineapple to add. Place it in a bowl in the fridge and let it set. Finally top with pineapple for decorating.
