Yoghurt Pie

Yoghurt PieIngredients:
1 cup of ground blanched almonds
3 cups of flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon salt
¾ cup of margarine (200 gr.)
½ cup of sugar
4 eggs
Lemon zest
1 ½ cup of yoghurt (fat free)
Preparation:
Ground the almonds in a blender. Use a sifter for the flour and add it to the baking powder, the soda, the cinnamon and salt mix. Blend margarine and sugar. Add the eggs and the lemon zest while blending and add the flour mix and the yoghurt. Then add the grounded almonds. Place the mix in a buttered pan. Bake in medium heated oven for 45 minutes. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top as soon as it is cool.
