Wash and clean the grapes. Place the sugar in the water and bring to a boil, stirring in the beginning until it melts. Boil until it sets. Then add the grapes on high heat so it sets faster and maintains its bright color. Skim the foam and add the lemon juice and the vanillas and after a few boils take off heat and leave to cool down. Then store in jars.
