Ingredients:
1 octopus
Flour
Salt, pepper
Onion
Oregano
Parsley
½ wine glass of ouzo
Cooking oil
Preparation:

Boil the octopus and chop or mash. Mix all the ingredients together and form balls. Fry in hot oil.
